Santa Maria hosts Pacific Coast NASCAR 150 lap race

Santa Maria Speedway secures a contract with the Pacific Coast Division of NASCAR for a 150 lap late model stock car championship on September 20. A $4,200 purse, the largest on the central coast, will attract top Pacific Coast and Grand National style racers, including Ford, Chevrolet and Dodge teams.
