Vandenberg youth earns Eagle Scout honor for Troop 392

Peter E. Nolan, son of Lt. Col. and Mrs. Albert S. Nolan, received the Eagle Scout rank at a Court of Honor held by Troop 392 at Vandenberg AFB. Lt. Col. R. M. McKinney of the 4392nd Transportation Squadron presented the award, with 19 Eagles having been awarded since 1959.
