The City of Lompoc will share in 59700 in emergency job employment funds with the county and the school district. He is survived by his wife Thelma a son James Jr of Manteca CA a daughter Charlotte Paulsen of China Lake CA five grandchildren three brothers and one sister. Cremation and burial at sea will follow services.
