Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. Thursday at McPeek Family Chapel for Sylvester Benjamin Poorbaugh Sr. 63 of Lompoc born November 24 1906 in Meyersdale Pa. He was a Civil Service employee and former Vandenberg AFB supervisor. Survivors include his widow Mariam three sons a daughter a brother two sisters and ten grandchildren. Interment at Lompoc Evergreen Cemetery.
