A hijacked Iranian DC3 landed at Baghdad International Airport at 11:05 am with 17 aboard after Iraqi authorities reversed a landing ban. The pilot, Sidney Strodg Jordan, said he had no fuel left and pleaded for permission to land. Troops surrounded the aircraft as it touched down following a fuel stop in Doha.
