Solvang Prepares for arrival of Queen Margrethe II
The Danish American community of Solvang awaits Queen Margrethe II and Prince Henrik as they tour the United States on a bicentennial visit. A luncheon at Bethania Lutheran Church follows a reception at the Fireside Room with officials from UCSB and local organizers guiding the event. The royal party will tour Solvang before departing for Santa Barbara.
