Cappelletti Signs Four Year Deal With Los Angeles Rams

Heisman winner John Cappelletti rejected a half million offer from the World Football League and signed a four year contract with the Los Angeles Rams. The quarterback or running back from Penn State cited a better situation and potential playoff chances with the Rams.
