Two Lompoc Men Arrested for Forgery in Market Fraud
Police say two young men Anthony Barto and Bruce McKnight were arrested for forging checks at two Lompoc supermarkets. Both charged with burglary conspiracy to commit forgery and heroin use. Bail set at 11885 for McKnight. Barto held by California Youth Authority. Two teenage accomplices were taken into custody and referred to parents for juvenile action. The suspects were detained near Constellation Drive and Burton Mesa Boulevard in Vandenberg Village after police pursuit.
