Judge orders city workers back on the job in S.F.

A San Francisco Municipal Court ordered an end to a six day municipal workers strike that crippled city services and halted BART and transit. Judge Horn said pickets defying the order could be arrested as negotiations failed and the mayor voiced outrage over the unions not reopening the sewage treatment plant.
