Whittier Elks Cavaliers win in Lompoc Flower Festival parade
The Whittier Elks Cavaliers defeated the Royal Cavaliers to win the Sweepstakes musical category at the Lompoc Flower Festival parade. Mrs Dominick Bressi captured the Equestrian Sweepstakes, and Cub Scout Pack 103 won the Floral float theme trophy as the festival showcased multiple bands, majorettes, and drill teams.

The Santa Barbara County Housing Authority reports payments in lieu of taxes of 440 89 for Lompoc Terrace and 318 23 for Lompoc Gardens.
