Incumbents Fran Underwood and John Martin were re elected for three year terms with new directors John Lizzaraga and Al Walker. Retiring directors are Harry Crompe and George Cotsenmeyer. Officers to be chosen in a board meeting tomorrow at 8 30 a m with 12 elected and six appointed members. Installation date to be announced.
