City budget outlines capital outlay across departments

The budget projects capital outlays for refuse sewer and electrical departments with totals from 12 000 to 1 600 000 in various programs. Budget in last round of battle in California Legislature

In Sacramento the Legislature moves toward final budget action led by Gov. Reagan and Assembly leader Unruh. The Senate approved a $6.19 billion spending plan, $27.2 million below Reagan's request, while Democrats push for more school aid and EOP funding. Negotiations could insert $3 million for EOP. Reagan had zero for it.
