Mayor MacClure announced the 1 pm Thursday dedication of Edward D. Ingram Memorial Park honoring civic leader Edward Ingram. The Titan I missile display, 103 feet high, was installed as a centerpiece developed by Grefeo Corp and the city with a donation from the Air Force and Martin Co. dignitaries from Vandenberg AFB, Martin Co., Gresco Corp. and the county will attend.
