Fifty eight Santa Barbara residents to become citizens
Fifty eight Santa Barbara County residents will receive naturalization certificates at a 10 a.m. ceremony in the Mural Room of the County Courthouse. Presiding Superior Judge Charles S. Stevens Jr. will congratulate the new citizens as Civil Air Patrol cadets in uniform lead the Pledge of Allegiance and present flags. Each new citizen will receive small American flags and citizenship information.
