The 1931 time capsule in the 40 year old Lompoc High School auditorium is repositioned in a new niche as the municipal center dedication occurs tomorrow at 2:30 p.m. South L Street. Officials include Mayor George Cotsenmeyer Supervisor Francis H. Beattie and Masonic leader Raymond A. Ebbage. The center opens June 21 for conventions, theater, and meetings. The capsule held contemporaneous newspapers and coins.
