Israeli security forces arrested Jemil Mustafa Diab and Mahmoud Rashid Schaday near Maalot after they crossed from Magdal Kroum to Lebanon for guerrilla training. They confessed to planning a death by own action raid and to possessing Soviet rifles grenades and explosives.
