Patricia Taylor and William Ritter Wed in Arroyo Grande

The United First Methodist Church of Arroyo Grande hosted the double ring wedding of Patricia Louise Taylor and William Thomas Ritter. Officiant Rev. Alfred L. Singleton Club Looks to Future at New Year Party

The Lompoc Singleton Club celebrated the New Year at Mrs. Fern Green's home 405 E Lemon Ave. 1969 events were foreshadowed by a Buddha pate centerpiece with crystal cheese balls created by Tom Blanding. A cake hourglass marked the year change as Mrs. Green wore white pajamas and a violet overgown.

Song Stylist to Present Club Program in Virginia Scott

Virginia Scott, animated song stylist and comedienne, will headline the Community Woman's Club program tomorrow afternoon at the Golden Greek Restaurant with a 12:30 luncheon. Early American songs and dramatized characterizations will be backed by autoharp, in a humorous original performance. Scott has appeared on radio serials and on Broadway, and was a featured singer on Dream Long Ago and Melody Ranch. The Garden Section meets Jan 14 at Mrs. Hugh Moreland's home with a lamp shade firm representative presenting the program.

Lompoc Valley Players Set casting for You Cant Take It With You

The Lompoc Valley Players schedule casting and first rehearsal for the Pulitzer prize winning You Cant Take It With You. A 15 member cast has roles to fill and tryouts are invited for Wednesday at 7 30 p m at the Continental Trailer Park Recreation Center. Bob Valentine directs the production and also welcomes backstage and makeup volunteers.

Hundertwasser Exhibition at Santa Barbara Art Museum

A comprehensive Friedrich Hundertwasser exhibit continues at the Santa Barbara Museum of Art through January 12, featuring eighty paintings from 1950 to 1968 loaned by eight countries. A related film shows January 9 at 8 p.m. with a tour by Curator Ronald A. Kuchta afterward. Also on display are large oil works by Lee Adair through January 26.
