Lompoc police arrest teen and rackling case updates
Lompoc police say a 15 year old boy was arrested on charges of visiting a place where narcotics were used and of selling or transporting marijuana. He was turned over to juvenile authorities. A Lompoc man was also arrested yesterday on similar charges. Several other suspects face pending charges. Four suspects in a major cattle rustling case face a preliminary hearing next Wednesday in Lompoc Court. Names include Russell Rankin and Edwin Friar both 19, Randy Hooker 19, and Dennis McVay 21.
