Cupid themed Beta Sigma Phi Ball crowns queens at Lompoc

Proceeds from the Charity Ball at the Elks Clubhouse fund the sorority’s charitable program. Donna Plante Sherry Morgan Gloria Collins Wanda Mills and other queens were presented by members of Phi Theta Tau Theta Epsilon Chi Phi and Omega Pi with escorts. Music by the Moonlighters accompanied dancing after carnations. Proceeds support charitable donations.

Fashions by Juniors Highlight Goleta District Conference

A Western hoedown for Alpha Zeta Chapter rushees takes place this Saturday at Loop's Restaurant with Mrs Charles Slothower as hostess. Sorority learns flower arranging at Beta Sigma Phi meeting

Members of the Alpha Alpha Rho chapter heard a flower arranging demonstration by guest speaker Mrs. Earle Ross at the home of Mrs. Joel Hroblak 555 Carina. Ross showcased succulents and dried flowers with containers as part of the seasonal display. Guests included Mmes. Lester Rikard John Bland and E. Ingram. Refreshments followed.

Auld Lang Syne Socials With Dinner Out At Lodge

Auld Lang Syne will socialize this Thursday at the Lodge Restaurant in lieu of the third week potluck. Serving begins at 6 30 p.m. Last week’s Valentine motif appeared at Recreation Center with heart placemats and cupcake decorations. Metho dist Women s Society of Christian Service plans a program on The Needs of Underdeveloped Areas of the World led by Mrs Lester King with moderator Mrs Newman Whitmire and others.
