An organizational committee approved proposed by laws and incorporation articles for the Lompoc Valley Museum. Ralph Patey and James Longtin will finalize documents as Charlotte Benton and Earl Calvert head the full committee. The museum, soon housed in the old city library, aims to open during the first week in March with a March 31 meeting scheduled.
