Santa Skit Opens Clarence Ruth Elementary Christmas Program
First grade pupils presented a Santa themed Christmas program at Clarence Ruth Elementary led by directors Mrs Neal Westrope and Miss Faye Bennett with narrator Mrs L J Duncan. Cast included Jim Maloy as Santa and Sherril Reid as Mrs Santa, with numerous elves, trees, toys and reindeer from classrooms across grades. Music was performed by Mrs Halda Marshall’s string and band students, featuring Christmas carols and cultural skits from multiple lands sponsored by the school PTA under Mrs Raymond Oakes.
