Parks panel stalls kennel club over no showing at meeting
Lompoc Parks and Recreation Commission refused a request by the Lompoc Valley Kennel Club to use Ryan Park in May 1975 after no club representative appeared at the meeting. Commissioners voted to require a spokesperson for future facility requests. Costa De Oro Squadron received approval to use the administration room for 13 Mondays for boating classes. The panel reported over half of its 1974 75 budget projects are completed.
