Local couple wed at Vandenberg Center Chapel

JoAnn Draper and Howard Hansen marry in a Vandenberg AFB ceremony officiated by Father Robert Chessman. The bride, a Notre Dame University mechanical engineering graduate, will attend UC Santa Barbara this fall. The groom, a 2nd lieutenant in the U.S. Air Force, is stationed at Vandenberg.
