Beautification effort back on in downtown Lompoc
The Lompoc City Beautification Committee reactivates the Ocean Avenue and H Streets median project. After a prior denial by the State Division of Highways for agapanthus planters, the committee invites a highways representative to discuss plant choices compatible with installation and upkeep at the junction of Highways 1 and 246. The move also seeks broader citywide beautification and cleanup cooperation with downtown merchants.
