Assemblyman Gordon W. Duffy presses the Senate Finance Committee to approve his Medi-Cal bill rescinding Reagan cutbacks or kill it. He warns he will not accept amendments adding nursing home rate hikes, risking an $8 million county impact if the bill is dropped.
