Airman injured minor in rollover on Highway 246
Airman 1 C Willie E Williams 20 of Vandenberg AFB suffered minor injuries when his car rolled over early today on Highway 246 one mile east of Highway 1. He was treated at the base hospital and returned to active duty with a lip cut. Other recent crashes include a Lompoc collision injuring JoAnn Valencia and a two-vehicle wreck on Highway 246 near La Purisima Road with unlocated injured drivers. Police also report a separate rollover on North Seventh Street in Lompoc and a motorcycle crash east of Mail with Rickey Thompson and Otto Cummings.
