Where To Settle In Hard Times Babson Discusses
Babson Park Massachusetts writer analyzes settling options across the United States. He argues no single region guarantees easy living and weighs climate, cost, education, and proximity to resources. He warns against large seaboard cities due to forecast changes and wartime risks influencing property values.
Invest Money Elsewhere Stimulus for Smaller Cities
The piece argues higher wages for workers may be offset by war risks and submarine threats to big seaport cities. It suggests investing in interior cities with populations under 75,000, noting radar helps but cannot stop atomic missiles.
