Reflectorized plates aid Polk County patrol detection
Reflectorized license plates issued in Polk County for a safety test are seen at night before cars with enforcement, causing drivers to slow in many cases. The plates on older cars reflect more readily and can be read from a distance, aiding officers in locating target vehicles though overall long term results remain preliminary.
