Le Mars man pays fine after stop sign breach in Ireton
Richard Van Voorst appeared before Justice of the Peace Martin Kuiken in Sioux County on Tuesday February 12 and paid five dollars in fines and costs after failing to stop at a stop sign in Ireton. Patrolman Haze filed the summons. Mrs Frank Bennett of Le Mars visited in Hawarden with Myrtle Krusen, who is recovering from a stroke. They also spoke with Clarence Bennett in Hawarden. Mars Army student completes eight week finance course
Mars Iowa resident Specialist Kohout graduated from the eight week finance procedures course at the Army Finance School Fort Benjamin Harrison Indiana. He is part of the 366th Finance Disbursing Section Army Reserve in Sioux City Iowa and is a University of Dayton alumnus class of 1956.
