Howland Owl Of Ovens Sez Dear Mister Editor
Dear Mister Editor the Howland Owl laments heavy taxes and government waste on farmers. He compares taxation to a mule plow and criticizes farm pamphlets and regulation, urging simpler policies and less political bickering. He cites football salaries and a Canadian lawyer case as examples of misplaced priorities and calls for honest effort and better outlooks.
