Four Step Approach Is the Favorite
Marion Ladewig advocates a four step delivery to build speed gradually with a controlled backswing. She describes starting with the right foot, short first two steps, a longer third step, and a sliding final step. A three step delivery is more tiring, so she favors deliberate pushaway for a good backswing.
