State high schools receive 45 loaned cars for driver education
Nevada auto dealers and manufacturers loaned 45 cars valued at 135000 dollars to state high schools for behind the wheel instruction during the 1968 69 school year at no cost to schools or taxpayers. Wade Allred, president of the Nevada Franchised Auto Dealers Association, urged continued dealer support, noting that trained graduates show fewer crashes and traffic violations.
