The USDA extends reseal and farm stored loans for 1969 70 and 1971 corn crops beyond July 31 1972. Farmers may extend 1969 70 loans to May 31 1973 and 1971 loans to May 31 1973. Reseal totals about 75 million 125 million and 300 400 million bushels.
A two day Rural Development Tour starting October 6 showcases new agriculturally related industries and planned multi use recreation and conservation projects. Stops span Berks Chester and Lancaster counties with officials and agency leaders invited to participate. The banquet features Theodore H Sidor from the U S Department of Agriculture.
