Slow Moving Vehicle Emblem Law Explained by County Agent
The 1971 Occupational Health and Safety Act requires all slow moving vehicles to display a fluorescent yellow orange triangle with a red reflective border on public roads. Enforcement begins October 12 by Lancaster County State Police. emblem transferable between vehicles and required even if equipment has lights.
