The Manheim Fair lists events from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m including FFA and 4-H competitions and the Market Hog Sale. Slow Moving Vehicle Emblem Law Explained by County Agent
The 1971 Occupational Health and Safety Act requires all slow moving vehicles to display a fluorescent yellow orange triangle with a red reflective border on public roads. Enforcement begins October 12 by Lancaster County State Police. emblem transferable between vehicles and required even if equipment has lights.
