Guernsey Breeders Form County Association Event
Lancaster County Guernsey Breeders Association forms to improve the breed and gain recognition. Members must own or work for purebred or grade Guernsey cattle and live in the county. The group funds the Guernsey Calf Club and supports the annual 4H Guernsey Round-up. A field day at K D Linde’s Quarryville farm featured judging and slides, with a Lampeter Community Fair call presentation won by Ken Grube. The annual banquet at Rhoads Restaurant in Quarryville followed.
