The University of Kentucky State band celebrates 21 years as halftime shows reflect growth from 16 members to 116. They join home games for flag raising and entertainment and will travel with the team to Ohio University and Bowling Green. Roy D. Booster Club Advisors Plan Pep Rally At Kent State
The first meeting of the Kent State Booster Club Advisory Committee is set for 4 p.m. Monday Oct. 3 in 219K. Plans include a combined pep rally and send off for the football team’s trip to Ohio University next week and a potential football train for the Bowling Green State University game on Nov. 5. A constitutional amendment will be considered and a letter explaining member roles will be sent to organizations in the advisory group.
