College council approves 14 budgets as Men's Union rejected
The student council accepted quarterly budgets for 15 university organizations from the allocations committee, with Men's Union rejected as too high for the number of men. The group had requested 277 dollars and 60 cents. Total allocations this quarter reach 7372 dollars 57 cents. 7650 dollars is set aside for allocations. Barbara Berkey, chair, will hold a meeting Thursday at 4 p.m. in Merrill Hall Room 204.

Hans Vogel, pro Nazi German labor leader, who died in London Sunday, was the father of Ernest Vogel, a former refugee student here.
