Navy Plans Reserve Program Through Kent State
The U S Navy will allocate up to 180000 dollars in electronic equipment to form a Naval Reserve unit at Kent State University. Co ordinator Dewey F Barich says the electronic warfare company will include three officers and 30 enlisted men open to area veterans aged 17 to 40 and navy vets up to 64. Meetings are weekly at Lake Street Armory Kent with technical training and career potential in nuclear physics radar sonar and electronics.
