University health officials will submit plans and room layouts for the new student health center to Architect Harry A. Fulton of Cleveland within a week. Irving Waterbury expressed regret over his earlier actions while legal status of his council role remained in question amid rulings by the council and the standards committee. Dr. K C Leebrick expected clarification the next day.
