Missing clapper looms over KSU Victory Bell after theft tip
After Alpha Phi Omega donated the Victory Bell at KSU, the clapper vanished just days after the dedication. Photographer Bob McMaken discovered the loss when developing film, prompting editorials and police caution as plans surfaced to return the clapper during the Rowboat Regatta.
