Elmer Davis to Headline Second Radio News Editors Conference
Elmer Davis ABC commentator and former head of the Office of War Information will headline the second annual Radio News Editors Conference in town on Saturday June 17. The School of Journalism sponsors the event with editors, program directors and station managers from Ohio Pennsylvania and Michigan. Topics include public affairs programming disaster coverage TV news community reporting and city coverage. Davis earned awards from Dupont Peabody Overseas Press and Sigma Delta Chi for his radio journalism.

APO dance clears 125 for bell fund at university gym
Alpha Phi Omega raised 125 dollars at its Hot Rod Hop in the university gym last Friday. The sum starts a fund targeting a 600 dollar base for mounting a victory bell from the Erie railroad.

Banquet Answers Due Tomorrow
Acceptance of invitations to the Senior Men's banquet must be returned to the inter-departmental mailbox in the atrium by tomorrow afternoon. Any male student who will graduate in June and did not receive an invitation may obtain one in the dean of men's office. The banquet, an annual affair honoring graduating men, is sponsored by Men's Union and will be held Monday, June 5, in the Union dining hall at 6 p.m.

Piano Students Present Recital at School of Music
Instrumental soloists will perform two original piano works by students in composition at the School of Music student recital in 309M at 4 p.m. today. 2500 Invited To UNESCO Conference
Leaders in business government and education will meet here June 24 for the third annual UNESCO conference. Twenty five hundred delegates will convene to study educational scientific and cultural improvements tied to the Point Four program and its link to UNESCO. A recital by Prof. Harold E.
