Pick Deans To Judge Regatta At Brady Lake Park
The eight annual Daily Stater Rowboat Regatta on Saturday June 5 at Brady Lake Park will be judged by three college deans: John Reed Spicer Arden L. Allyn and Robert I. White Jr. Final decisions rest with the judges. Event features include a softball game rides amusements concessions a picnic and a queen.

Scholars To Get Awards At Scholarship Day Program
Plans for the scholarship day program in the auditorium tomorrow at 11 a.m. are nearly complete. Prof. Eric T. Two University Students Injured In Plane Crash
Two university students were seriously injured Friday afternoon when their two seat Aeronica plane crashed near the Stow campus. Pilot Richard Johnson aged 25 suffered a fractured skull and companion Miriam Pugh had a broken back and ankle. Witnesses said a sudden weather change caused the accident as the plane rolled and disappeared behind a hill.

Miss G. Hazel Swan, head of the kindergarten primary division since 1927, will retire this fall and be succeeded by Dr. Olive Woodruff, professor of education. Swan will retain teaching duties. Woodruff holds three degrees from Ohio State and has directed a kindergarten school and taught in Salt Lake City, Xenia, Moorestown, and Lynchburg College Virginia.
