Pi Kappa Sigma won the Pan-Hellenic League scholarship race, averaging 2.93 to outpace Beta Gamma 2.63 Alpha Omega 2.62 Gamma Sigma Phi 2.59 Sigma Sigma Sigma 2.58 and Theta Sigma Upsilon 2.49. Army veto blocks aviation unit from Rowboat regatta
