Patzer To Present Concert Recital With Fiocca In East Cleveland
Patzer a junior in the college of liberal arts will give a recital tomorrow at 8 30 p m in the training school auditorium with pianist Joan Fiocca. The tenor and Shaw high school East Cleveland graduate won the Cleveland Singers club scholarship in 1948. The program features Handel Purcell Mendelssohn Schubert Rachmaninoff Cilea and Barber works plus a violin obligato by William Taylor.

Veterans to Receive Insurance Dividends This August
Veterans will get a share of GI insurance dividends with application blanks available August 29 at post offices and VA offices. Carl R. Gray, administrator of veterans affairs, announced the plan while noting premiums exceeded death costs. Payouts favor younger veterans and those with peacetime policy conversions.
