Expert on Asia to Speak at Kent State University
For the second time this summer a member of the United States Congress will lecture at Kent State University. Representative Walter H. Judd of Minnesota will speak in the auditorium Monday July 16 at 9 a.m. on What is Ahead In Asia. Judd, a Foreign Affairs Committee member, spent ten years in China as a medical missionary and hospital administrator and began Far East lectures after returning to the United States in 1938. He was first elected to Congress in 1942. The free, public lecture covers Asian policy and history.

University Symphony Orchestra To Stage Summer Concert
The University symphony orchestra presents its first summer session concert Tuesday at 8 15 p m in the Union ballroom. The program features Mozart Impresario overture Haydn London symphony Handel Grand concerto and Bach Brandenburg No 5 with soloists Gene Hartzell Carmine Ficocelli and Robert Wolfe.
