New Kent State Stater Editor Named and Williamson Appointed
Elizabeth Ersley Piotter, senior speech major, was named editor of the Kent Stater for the year and John Williamson, senior in business administration, was appointed business manager by President George A. Bowman after the publications committee recommendation. They will assume office Monday February 5. Piotter has served as edition editor for the last 18 months and holds multiple honors and honors societies. Williamson heads to his second term following Eileen Warren, with affiliations to Kap pa Mu Kappa and Delta Sigma Pi and a prior term in spring 1944.

NEC Students Back Byrne Bill at Debate Conference
