Major Albert W. Stevens the famed aerial photographer will fly to Kent for the Third Annual Short Course in News Photography at the university on March 5 to 8. He will speak on aerial photography and has held lofty altitude records. He is with the Army photographic corps at Lowry Field Denver and was secured through Congressman Don Harter.

Kent State University radio workshop seeks larger and better membership. Students can audition for writing, broadcasting, or technical work with free membership. Auditions held Tuesday 3 to 5 pm and Wednesday 2 to 5 pm under Frances Koole. Workshop has grown to about 200 members and plans programs on WADC Akron and campus broadcasts.

Student Council Backs Activity Fee Increase
The Student Council proposed adding 50 cents per semester to student activity tickets, to fund class dues. President Gordon Hostett Jer said the plan follows consultations with class presidents and would place receipts in a private fund, with class control if approved. A SUB drive committee report and a dance committee report were approved, with a future meeting planned for all council members and organization presidents.
