Tryouts Listed For Next UT Presentation
Muriel K. Lewis of the speech department will direct the production Shoe maker's Holiday with tryouts starting the first week in March. Scripts available February 25. Myron Thomas leader of the Akron movement told a Wallace for President audience that there are not two parties and a progressive third party is ripe. He outlined Wallace platform including strong UN guaranteed jobs health legislation prosperity old age pensions and unemployment. Veterans urged to apply for bonus aid
Twenty five men and women veterans are urgently needed to assist in filling out bonus applications after March 1, Dewey Barich, coordinator of veteran affairs, announced. An hour and a half information session will be held tomorrow to brief prospective applicants. all veterans should apply at the Veterans Administration office.

In a Monday night meeting university officials students and city council safety committee debated rising campus traffic. Berg proposed lighting the new university parking lot for overnight student parking.
