Freshmen face a flood of fraternity bid cards as Kent State President K C Leebrick rebuts rumors of national fraternity ties. He notes no official connections exist with any national social fraternities and cites one group claiming to beKent's only national social fraternity, though its status may change by the university and the interfraternity council.

Senior class dues of three dollars are payable today from 11 a.m. to noon and 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. at Wills gym entrance. Treasurer John Steiner says dues determine the quality of the band secured for the annual senior dance.
