Kent State University announces 28 four year scholarships for freshmen. Twenty cover semester fees totaling 240 dollars over eight semesters. Two additional scholarships are offered by the schools of art journalism music and speech. Applicants must be in the top 10 percent of their class and top 20 percent on the Ohio State University psychological test.
